Welcome 2026!
We began 2026 with an energising kick-off session at our Design Hub & Laboratory, bringing together teams from the Netherlands, the UK, and India to align on our vision, priorities, and ambitions for the year ahead.
The session provided an opportunity to reflect on the progress and milestones achieved over the past year while setting clear objectives for the exciting projects, collaborations, and developments ahead. With our industry continuing to evolve rapidly, the discussions focused not only on operational goals, but also on innovation, adaptability, and maintaining the high standards that define HPD’s approach.
As part of our continued commitment to growth and knowledge-sharing, we are also launching our fortnightly Lunch & Learn sessions — creating a dedicated space for technical discussions, industry insights, project updates, and cross-team collaboration across our international offices.
In parallel, the HPD Academy continues to expand, providing Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians with ongoing training and professional development opportunities designed to strengthen technical expertise, encourage leadership, and support continuous growth throughout every stage of their careers.
The energy across the team is strong, and the motivation to push boundaries and deliver meaningful impact is already setting the tone for the year ahead. We are excited about what 2026 will bring and look forward to continuing to support ambitious projects and valued partnerships across the region and beyond.
